On Friday, January 25 the U.S. government resumed its activities for 3 weeks after a month-long shutdown. Access to Energy Star Portfolio Manager has thus be re-established for users for this 3-week period.
Now that the platform is accessible until at least February 15, we invite participants in the Building Energy Challenge to enter promptly all the requisite data (including energy consumption information), and to then download that information into an Excel file. This must be done as soon as possible. BOMA Quebec is in constant communication with Natural Resources Canada, and is monitoring this matter closely.

Can I download all of my Portfolio Manager data?
Download part or all of your portfolio:
- On the bottom, left of your “My Portfolio” page: create a “custom download” of up to 50,000 rows. This feature is available for accounts with up to 3,000 properties.
- Or, download your whole Portfolio, if you have less than 100 properties.
Download a single property on the Summary tab for that property, in the bottom right: “Download Property to Excel”.
Download a single meter on the Manage Bills page in the bottom right: “Download to Excel”
