In order to encourage economic recovery, the Efficient Solutions Program has been expanded. The upgrades include enhanced financial incentives.

Clients participating in the program can apply for incentives of up to twice as much financial assistance as before. For certain projects, businesses will be able to obtain subsidies covering up to 75% of eligible expenses.

Several measures have also been added to the basic offer, such as:

• Measures related to industrial refrigeration;
• Regulatory measures;
• Thermal storage measures (refractory furnace, water basin).

The data input process for the calculation tool has also been improved. Participants can now easily verify if the measures they hope to put in place are eligible for the program, and calculate in a few easy steps the amount they might be entitled to.
