Recommissioning (RCx) improves buildings to save energy and make them more comfortable for their occupants. It can provide savings of 5% to 15% and the investment is generally amortized in less than three years. Annual savings sometimes amount to 30%.
This is one of the most cost-effective methods of improving the energy efficiency of a building.
